Empress Spa Subscription App - Payment Terms and
Conditions
Thank you for choosing Empress Spa. These Payment Terms and
Conditions ("Payment Terms") outline the billing and payment
practices for services accessed through the Empress Spa Subscription App (the
"App").
1.0 General Payment Terms
1.1. By using the App and its services, you agree to these
Payment Terms as an integral part of your membership with Empress Spa.
1.2. The App is hosted by a third-party provider to ensure
secure transactions and data storage. While Empress Spa oversees App
operations, the third-party provider may have separate terms that govern their
hosting services.
2.0 Billing and Payment Authorization
2.1. To subscribe and access services through the App, you
will need to provide valid payment details. By providing credit card
information, you authorize Empress Spa to charge this payment method for
subscription fees and any additional charges incurred under your account.
2.2. All fees are charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and
are subject to applicable taxes.
3.0 Subscription Charges and Renewals
3.1. Your subscription will renew automatically on a monthly
or annual basis (depending on the plan selected), and you will be billed at the
beginning of each subscription period.
3.2. You may log into the App at any time to pause or cancel
your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Please note
that cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no
refunds will be issued for partial months or annual periods.
4.0 Storage of Payment Information
4.1. Credit card details provided for payment purposes will
be securely stored within the App by our third-party payment processing
provider, in compliance with applicable data security standards (PCI-DSS).
Empress Spa does not directly store or process your credit card information.
4.2. By entering your payment information, you consent to
the third-party storage and management of this information for future
transactions and recurring payments.
5.0 Payment Failures and Account Suspension
5.1. If a payment is declined, we will attempt to process it
again. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your access to App services may
be suspended until payment is resolved.
5.2. If your account is suspended due to non-payment,
Empress Spa reserves the right to charge any applicable fees upon reactivation.
6.0 Refunds and Cancellations
6.1. Empress Spa does not offer refunds for any partial
subscription periods. In case of any technical issues or errors related to
billing, please contact our customer support team within 30 days for
assistance.
6.2. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active
through the end of your billing cycle, after which it will terminate without
additional charges.
7.0 Updates to Payment Terms
7.1. Empress Spa reserves the right to modify these Payment
Terms as needed to comply with regulatory requirements or to reflect updates in
our service offerings. Any changes will be communicated to members via the App
or email, and continued use of the App signifies acceptance of the updated
terms.
